I put this outfit together a few weeks ago and did not have time to blog it until now. It consists of one of my favorite jackets, the Betty Jacket from Leverocci, which comes with two choices of pockets and collar one with buttons and one without. It is worn with this very cool minidress in yellowblue from C'est Moi, which comes with pants and top in various layers perfect for mixing and matching. Also included is a very chic blue belt but because the jacket hid much of it with this outfit, I substituted it for the Denise Belt from DCNY. Finished off with the Luxury Necklace in Gold from Glow Studio and Gamaguchi Bag in Peacock Feather. I first saw this bag on flickr and it was one of those items I just had to have. The outfits consist of this very cool cropped rock chic style jacket along with a complete outfit including boots, skirt, shirt and tights. This high quality jacket is a must have item for your wardrobe and is really great to mix and match with. During the Euphoria Fashion week, I had a look round the Euphoria sim and found a store that I totally love called C'est Moi. It really is great to still walk around secondlife and find fabulous stores that I have not yet come across before. I am not sure how long this store has been open but I am very happy to have found it. Marcantonio Beaumont the designer behind C'est Moi creates some very cool and funky designs, including this dress - Kissface. The dress is available in a few different looks but I just love the unique design of Kissface, with the little red heart at the bottom adding a tiny spot of color to the dress. C'est Moi also sells some very cool shopping bags and jewelry and is well worth a visit, if like me you have somehow missed this amazing store.

The theme of the month is Cherry Blossoms and Sakura Revealed is such a beautiful take on the theme. I looked out of the window today to see sun for the first time in months, which reminded me of all the cool summer items I had come across recently in secondlife, so put together a beach outfit for my next visit to the beach. Pacific Crisis Fundraiser

For anyone who has not heard, the Pacific Crisis Fundraiser opened today as an emergancy fundraising effort for the victims of the crisis in the Pacific. Many Secondlife designers have yet again come together to help and contribute old and new designs to the cause, with 100% of all proceeds going to the charity Americares. I am sure most of us here will have seen the devastation in Japan on tv and any contributions to this fundraiser would be most welcomed. There are lots of exclusive designs to be found including all items shown above. The Japan Oxfords Shoes by Gnarlic Plimpton come with two different versions and the Aimee necklace and earrings by Je Suis come with color change options on the metal, hearts and string. The Garden City Relief Fundraiser was set up to benefit victims of the New Zealand earthquake. The Fundraiser started today and will run until 5 March 2011, many top designers from Secondlife have contributed exclusive items and 100% of all donations will go directly to Garden City Relief.

There are many fabulous items and pictured here are my favorites, the Saffron Crochet Top and Cerise High Tide Pants from DCNY, along with the Cosmos Eyeshadow from cheLLe. I totally love the design of these three quarter length pants, which come with prim bottoms and added detail of a slight crease down the legs and perfect button detail on the waist. Two of my favorite new items this month has to be the new Lola Dress from Garage and the Knit Sweaty from Bombshell Outfitters, and these two distinct wool textures look great when worn together. The Lola Dress is a short tight fitting, v-neck mini dress designed with a gorgeous patterned texture, with a contrasting ribbed texture around the middle, which highlights the waist and adds a very realistic feel to the dress. I do love the Fifty Linden Friday group, not just because you get some very high quality items for only 50L but also because it has led me to find many new stores that I may not have otherwise found. This week NINIKO was on the list, a store I had not been to before and was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of cool and funky designs. Although I did not get the 50L item, I did pick up the new release Pullover Shirt as pictured above, a long sleeved pullover with prim body and cuffs giving a very realistic look and finished off with a prim collar and cute bow at the neck. Kajsa Dress by Miamai for My Second Childhood Fundraiser

The extremely cute Kajsa Dress was designed by the wonderful Monica Outlander of Miamai as part of the My Second Childhood Fundraiser. My Second Childhood Fundraiser has been organised by Voshie Paine, who recently had a child very close to her diagnosed Leukemia. Although it is hoped that the child will make a full recovery, the process is long and drawn out and of course will have a huge impact on the family both emotionally and financially. Voshie has kindly come up with this fantastic idea to help raise funds for the family and is being helped along the way by various designers and members of the public. The Kajsa dress as pictured above is designed very much with childlike features, consisting of a sculpted skirt with a big cute bow around the waist and finished of with sculpted sleeve frills, a dress females of any age will adore. Funky Fashion Finds is Back for 2011!

I started this blog some time ago in 2008 along with the Funky Fashion Finds Flickr group but most of my fashion posts went onto the Too Sexy and Icon blogs and I did not have time to update Funky Fashion Finds. Due to a lack of SL time and a new start for 2011, I decided to leave my SL blogging jobs and concentrate only on this blog with fashion related designs that insire me and getting Funky Fashion Finds back in full swing. My new found time in SL is great and now I have time again to check out all the cool and funky fashion releases around the grid once again. My first post of 2011 is an outfit I put together recently for a casting and is of course of a casual nature, for full credits see below.

Props and Poses Fair 2011

The Props and Poses Fair 2011 started yesterday and is now fully underway. The Fair is organised by the wonderful Epileptic Dreddmor, who created the Superhero Epilepsy Combat Syndicate to create awareness and fundraise for Epilepsy and other seizure disorders. All proceeds from items sold go to the Out of the Shadows Program which is part of the Epilepsy Foundation.

Many talented props and pose designers in Secondlife have contributed to the fair and have created numerous brand new releases as well as given some of their favorite items to be set out on sale. The Fair started yesterday and will run until the 8 Janaury 2011, so you have plenty time to head over there and help towards the Epilepsy Foundation.

Here are just a few of the items on sale at the Fair. At the top is the Spring Time Bath Collection from Stylas, which you can buy at the Fair for only 100L! Stylas have put out many fantastic offers including some fully furnished houses and at these prices they really cannot be missed! The next items are two multi pose props, Faery in a Bubble and Goddess Moon from Studio Sidhe. Studio Sidhe have also contributed numerous items, all of which are great for adding a fresh idea to your land or for use in photo shoots.

The last item as pictured above is the Drama Club by Hopscotch, a fun theatre set with various features. The Drama Club comes with seven adjustable poses and sculpted curtains that open and close. Up to six people can use the prop at one time enabling you to create your own little show and if you want to use different poses to what are included this is no problem, just use your own as I did with the puppet pose above.

Time is Running Out!

Time is running out for entries to the Too Sexy Cover Model Search and if you would love to be a cover model on a future issue of the Too Sexy Magazine, tomorrow Friday 4 June 2010 is the last day for entries.

It's easy to enter, just take a picture of yourself wearing your favorite swimsuit, add it to the Too Sexy Readers Flickr Group and tag it with "Cover Model Search".

The deadline for ALL submissions is tomorrow Friday, 4th June 2010 when one male and one female will be chosen to be on the cover of the Fall Issue. The winner and runner up pictures will and announced in the Swimsuit Issue of Too Sexy in July.

I recently had the honour of being chosen as Miss Mohna Lisa Couture 2010 and not only did I win the fabulous prize of opening the Mohna Lisa Show with KUBAKI agency, I had this gorgeous and elegant gown named after me. Beautiful Katime is desiged with a breathtaking silver and gold glittering texture and the skirt consisting of many metres of light sparkling tulle just glides through the air as you walk.
